MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

We are still in Oklahoma and are enjoying a quiet Christmas Day with one of our daughters and all of my animals; Scooter and Georgio, (the ferrets) Bubbles and Pickles (the Cockatiels).

We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!

This is the view from our front porch right now......:-)

The picture doesn't do it justice, but there is a bit of a blizzard going on here.  We watched it go from sleet to full blown blizzard.  We don't usually get this kind of weather in the part of Canada we live in.  So, this has been a spectackular event to Scootard.  He has never been in my neck of the woods this time of year....:-).

Now, we pray the weather is much better when we start our long trek back home in a couple of weeks.....:-).

This is a tree we found in the attic already dressed and ready to go!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

When the snow comes in our neck of the woods it usually falls down, not sideways at 30mph.

Glad we are warm and dry, and hope y'all are as well. Be blessed.

Merry Christmas to you and hubby.

I hope you have some nice coffee and Irish Cream to get you through that snow storm and to keep you warm.

Merry Christmas, Trobairitz! I have been drinking coffee all day...haha. I presented a challenge for everyone to meet me outside and stand there for 30 seconds. Nobody too me up on it...haha. Soooo, I guess I'll get back in the kitchen and check on my leg of lamb. It's much warmer in there than it is outside! Have a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS!

Pat:

I thought it would be nice and warm where you are. That's why I said to "stay away and don't come back",

but as I see your blizzard, it's not safe for you to stay there.

Merry Christmas to you and Chris as you barricade yourselves in your kitchen and fight for the lamb

Hey Bob,

Well, the plan now is to leave right after my birthday next month and start the long trek back to Canada....I'm sure it will be as wet and cold there as it is dry and cold here! The snow has frozen over and turned to ice...:-(. Really tricky driving.
