It's a beautiful day outside today....:-).  However, I have been inside on this crazy computer all day!  Maybe later when my beloved gets in we can go out for a bit.  He has been riding all day and may not want to though.  We will see.

Here is the view from my front window.  Sorry about the window glare...:-(

These are shots of my favorite scooter road....:-)

Gotta watch out for the bears and cougars around here though.

3 years ago on this very road, I turned back on a 50cc and found my way home because I was terrified of getting run over!  Boy, I am glad that day has come and gone!

Beautiful roads you have there. Sometimes I miss BC. I grew up in the Okanagan.

Hi there "Kiwi"...haha

I hope my blog turns into something as interesting as the others I have seen on here! I'm new to this stuff....:-).

Really? My husband's Mom lives in the Okanogan....:-). She lives in Naramata. I thought about taking my scooter there the next time we go to visit her. She's 86! and very proud and independant!.

I was concerned about the wind drafts that are along that road off the Skaha lake. Once I get my nerve up, I'll take the plunge....ha

Scooterchick:

I used to have a B&W250, the same colour as yours and if you go back on my blog a few years I have a post where I rode that scooter to Kelowna for the scooter rally. I took Hwy 1 to Hope, then Princeton and north on 5A along the Coquihalla connector to Westbank, then over the bridge to Kelowna.

No scenery like Northwest scenery -- especially in summer. Just green, green, green, and then it's time to start picking blackberries.

Don't forget the rain, rain, rain...that enables all that green! haha. I love the scenary here in the NW...We can get some really nice pictures in the summer and fall too!
